A Novoferm service contract means extra operational reliability!

Novoferm products are of high quality and designed for intensive use. But, like all products, they are subject to wear and tear and can fail in service if not properly maintained. Effective (preventive) maintenance can prevent breakdowns, thereby reducing the risk of expensive downtime and unexpected, often expensive repair costs. By instituting a preventive maintenance regime you will not only increase the service life of your Novoferm products, but also meet your legal obligation to carry out annual maintenance as dictated by Health and Safety legislation.

Novoferm has developed a unique and cost-effective form of service contract. Trained Novoferm service technicians perform preventive maintenance on the products you designate, at the maintenance intervals you have agreed with our service department. The maintenance tasks include a full annual inspection of the product and a preventive service visit. We provide an itemised status report, which clearly describes the condition of your product. Moreover, when you enter into a service contract with us, you are entitled to a special 10% discount on all the Novoferm parts that have been identified on the status report as requiring replacement! Fill in the application form for more information and details of costs. You will receive our quotation for the Novoferm products you have specified within a few days. This is not only an opportunity to extend the service life of your Novoferm products and achieve optimum operational reliability; we may also be able to perform (preventive) maintenance on other manufacturers' products at your site as well.
